Sales Office Assistant
Production figures
Checking
and prepping samples for posting
Checking for uncompleted
job sheets and removing box packing records
Filing records,
job sheets, samples, etc alpha-numerically
Sales Order Processors
Previous sales or
customer service experience preferred but not essential.
You
will be motivated by a passion for quality, service and attention to
detail.
You will manage day to day projects with a high
level of client liaison involved.
You will need to meet deadlines. Your attention to detail will need to
be of the highest order, as will your communications skills.
You must be computer literate,
ambitious and dedicated, and have a good telephone manner.
Trainee Estimators
Transposing data from fax, email and
telephone conversations onto quote sheets; calculating prices using
both hard copy and digital price lists; confiming quotes to clients.
You
will have excellent interpersonal, administration and organisational
skills. You will be computer literate, self-motivated and able to work
in a pressurised environment.
Envelope Overprinters both qualified and
trainees
4
and 2 colour experience, also working on WD machines or Halmjet Press
experience would be preferred but not essential as full training will
be given.
The
vacancies are on a 3 shift system.
Production
Packers
Pack
envelopes; wrap pallets; clean inkpots. Generally keeping machine and
area clean and tidy. Work alongside Setter.
