Over the past 5 years we have been using our patented technology,  Packmail, which is a boxless system for packing envelopes.  The main reason for using this system is the major benefit to the environment, not only for us but for the customers too. 

A saving of 60% on cardboard waste, a reduction in transport costs and 30% saving on storage space.  There is also a massive improvement in productivity on inserting machines when using the Packmail system.

Further development this year to reduce the plastic wrap.
