STANDARD FLEXO PRINTING

Our comprehensive range of reel-fed envelope machines is the most efficient way to manufacture and print envelopes. It balances high-speed production with high quality flexographic printing and short, responsive lead-times. 

PRO-FLEX

High impact 4-colour flexo. If you want something more elaborate, consider Proflex. This latest flexo technology attracts the benefits of cost effective printing with complex images offering 4-colour process printed designs or total 100% coverage and solid colours showing depth and consistency across the entire surface. 

It is well understood by Direct Mail and marketing buyers that first impressions count. It is critical the envelope attracts and encourages the recipient to open it as soon as they receive it for your mail to attract the best response rates and therefore your return on investment. This means your mail needs to stand out against others and be memorable. One way to do this is make your envelopes attractive, interactive and memorable, such as high-impact images, enhanced with spot varnishing, blind embossing, interactive tabs and double-windows. LITHO OVERPRINTING

Lithographic printing is used for printing high quality and close register images. We have litho overprinting jet-presses capable of producing simples 1 colour and complex 4 colour process images quickly and efficiently. It is ideal for short and long runs that require the highest quality finish to your print.
